CBTVB: Chris Chalk Cast in Gotham for Pivotal Role

Now, news has come out that Homeland actor Chris Chalk will take up the mantle of Lucius Fox on Gotham. Deadline reports that Chalk will appear at Wayne Enterprises in the penultimate episode of Gotham’s first season as “a moral beacon for young Bruce Wayne,” whose desire to help uphold Thomas Wayne’s legacy earns a position of trust with Bruce.

Morgan Freeman played the role in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight trilogy, which not only brought prestige to the character, but also noted the importance of the character to Bruce Wayne’s development as a hero.

Gotham will return for the first of its final four season 1 episodes on April 13th.
