A new trailer dropped today expanding a bit on the Captain America: Civil War story from the film. Captain America (Chris Evans) and Iron Man (Robert Downey, Jr.) are pitted against each other because the Sokovia Accords have been created to help control the activities of powered people. We know that Tony is consumed with the idea of prevent the calamity he witnessed after being charmed by the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) in Avengers: Age of Ultron. However, Captain America thinks that all the measures Tony employs like Ultron are a fool’s errand. As Cap said in the Age of Ultron, “Every time someone tries to stop a war before it starts, innocent people die.” Iron Man attempts to bring Captain America in, and a war begins. Let’s hope Spidey doesn’t get in the middle of this, but the trailer suggests he may choose a side.
